Hi family and friends,

I type this with a heavy heart informing you all that on December 12th, 2024, an amazing human being was taken from us. Israel Guzman was a son, brother, uncle, Godfather, and friend to all. Israel was a loud bright light in every room, there was never a dull moment with him around, every event he would attend, he made it an event to talk about. Israel also known as Izzy was a loyal person, he was someone who protected those all around him, no matter of gender, age, or if you were unknown to him. Izzy had aspirations to open a shop with his Father, days before he was taken away, he was starting to work towards his license for his business. Israel leaves behind his two parents Enriqueta Guzman and Mario Guzman, who have already had the unfortunate circumstance of burring another son. Israel helped them in every way he could and looked over them every second of the day. Though we are all hurt and in disbelief, we know that God has a plan and a purpose. Moving forward all we can do is remember his laughter, his singing, and his debates about every topic you could think of. We will keep his memory alive through his parents and his Godsons, in which he loved dearly, and they loved him in return, although he never got the privilege to become a father himself, his fatherly instincts came out and he was pretty dang good at it. Israel will be greatly missed. In this time, we ask for any help whether it being sharing this gofund me, prayer, or donations (no donation is to big or to small).
