In Honor of Hunter: Support for His Family

Beloved Community… This is Megan, Braegan’s sister. I’m posting here with her permission.

It is with my deepest sorrow that I inform you of the death of a beloved husband and father, Hunter Ashford.

While my sister is navigating her grief journey, I want to share this with you…

In honor of Hunter Ashford’s memory and in solidarity with his grieving family, we have established a GoFundMe campaign to provide support to Braegan, Hunter’s life partner and his two son’s, Hunter Chase & Brantley as they navigate the profound loss of their beloved husband/daddy.

While we cannot ease their pain, or quicken their healing, we can alleviate some of the financial burdens they now unexpectedly face. As a single stay at home mother of two young children, trying to navigate life without her partner, providing shelter for her family, and raising two boys will be a struggle.

We would like to give the Ashford family the ample time and space to be able to reconstruct their lives with love and loss.
