On behalf of, and at the request of my daughter, Abbigail Morgan Black, and my son in law, Bobby R. Black, with much sadness and broken hearts, they would like to share the birth and home-going of their son, Harbour Ray Black, on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 11:23PM.
