My name is Esta Philip, and it is with profound sadness that I share the tragic loss of my dear brother, Dominik Philip. His life was taken too soon, leaving a void that can never be filled. His passing is a heartbreaking reminder of the devastating impact of gun violence—no family should endure this pain, and no community should have to bury their own. It’s time for change.

Dominik was a beacon of joy, a gifted basketball coach, and a proud player for the South Sudan national team. Representing his country on the international stage was one of his greatest honors, and he carried that same passion and pride into everything he did. His love for basketball was matched only by his love for his family, friends, and community. His kindness, infectious smile, and unwavering belief in the power of resilience and teamwork touched everyone he met.

Now, our family faces the difficult task of honoring his memory with the dignity and respect he deserves. We are raising funds to cover:
