This fundraiser is on behalf of my sister Nina Traweek, for her husband, David.

We lost David very suddenly on Thursday, Feb 27. He went into cardiac arrest, and after 55 minutes of working on him, sadly, there was nothing more EMS could do to safe his life. He was 44.

David and Nina just celebrated 14 years of union at the turn of the new year. He was the love of her life and she his. He was also the primary breadwinner in their marriage. We do have quite a bit of paperwork to get through as David worked for the state for so long.

In the meantime, we are starting this fundraiser to assist Nina in honoring David's final wishes, cover the cost of services and to help her navigate the months ahead without her husband by her side.
