In Honor of Brodi Ponte

Brodi Ponte, perhaps the most loving, accepting, and selfless person I have ever known, tragically and unexpectedly passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 13.

Brodi had the most beautiful soul. One who loved deeply and truly felt the emotions of others around him. If someone was sad, he was the first to give a big Brodi hug. It could turn anyone's day around. When someone needed help, he was the first to offer everything he had. He would even give his own birthday money away because he thought other people needed it more than him. His laugh was contagious and his jokes never stopped. Brodi truly made this world a better place.

His passing has shattered the hearts of his loving and doting parents, Julie and Jami, and his sister, Jaylee, whom he adored. This is a loss that no parent should ever have to experience, especially ones as devoted as they are. There truly are no words to describe the pain that comes with losing a child who is so incredibly special.

They will need a lot of time to process and heal, and that is why we've started this fundraiser.

I am Brodi's aunt, Jessica Buick. Many people have reached out to ask how they can help support Julie and Jami during this devastating time. This fundraiser is one way to show how loved Brodi is. A way to give back to him in the same selfless way he gave to so many others.
