Blanca Ruiz, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend tragically lost her life in the Gila Bend flood. Blanca was an Administrative Assistant for Special Education at Gila Bend High School. She gave of herself and to all of those who needed her help. Please return her generosity and kindness by donating to her family.  They not only lost Blanca, but also their home and all possessions.
