On July 24, 2022, we lost our dear Asha. He was an extraordinary human who aimed to put a smile on your face. His infectious, mischievous laugh and dark humor, paired with his immense ability to care for those in his life, made him a unique treasure of a person. After growing up in Hawaii, Asha moved to California about 15 years ago and soon became a beloved member of the Redwood Cafe crew. He met and married Jolee, and together they brought amazing Damien into this world. Asha was a fabulous dad and stepdad. He was always so proud of his son and family. Although they separated, he and Jolee remained great friends and co-parents, sharing holidays and workplaces together, giving Damien and his sister Mae the best life possible.

Anyone who knows Asha knows that his son Damien was his whole world. This fundraiser supports Damien and Asha's family and will help relieve the financial stress of death.
