In Honor of Anthony Barela

Hi there, my name is Jeanne. I am deeply saddened by having to write this. I am creating this go fund me to support my dear friends Arianna and Greg Barela, in hopes that it will help alleviate some of the strain, while they navigate the loss of their loving father, Anthony Barela. If you made it to this page, I appreciate you taking the time to read this and donate anything you can. We would like to give Anthony a memorial to honor him in a way that he deserved and to say our goodbyes. All donations will go towards funeral costs and celebration of life.

Anthony Barela unexpectedly passed on Monday, August 12, and is now reunited with his wife Carol. He leaves behind his son Greg with wife Savannah and daughter Arianna with husband Adam and grandchildren Rocco and Jeremiah. Anthony was more than just a father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend; he was a light in people's lives. He was a goofy, loving man who drove with 2 feet, loved music, fishing, riding motorcycles, eating with family and friends, but most of all spending time with his children. Myself and many others have been blessed to witness the infinite love he had for his children and grandchildren. Anthony would drop everything if it meant helping his children and he did it all with love. He carried no judgement and lived life the way he wanted.

We are left broken-hearted by this loss, but are grateful for everything he taught us, the support he gave us, and all of the memories we have with him.
