My name is Juana Aguilar, but many know me as Juanita. I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share my father’s story and ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. My father suffered a severe stroke on November 29th, the day after Thanksgiving, caused by a brain bleed. The stroke left him paralyzed on the right side of his body and in critical condition. He was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support.

On Wednesday, December 11th, the doctors informed us that there is nothing more they could do to improve his condition due to severe brain damage. My father remains on life support, and we have been told to prepare for the worst.

I am fundraising to help cover the costs of my father’s funeral and cemetery services when the time comes. It is devastating to think about, but I want to honor his life with the dignity and respect he deserves. Your donations will go directly toward ensuring we can provide him with a proper farewell.

Mi nombre es Juana Aguilar, pero muchos me conocen como Juanita. Me comunico con gran pesar en el corazon para compartir la historia de mi padre y pedirles su apoyo durante este momento increíblemente difícil.

Mi padre sufrió un derrame cerebral severo el 29 de Noviembre, el día después del Día de Acción de Gracias, causado por una hemorragia cerebral. El derrame cerebral lo dejó paralizado en el lado derecho de su cuerpo y en estado crítico. Fue trasladado de urgencia al hospital y fue intubado.

El Miércoles 11 de Diciembre, los médicos me informaron que no había nada más que pudieran hacer para mejorar su condición debido al daño cerebral severo. Mi padre sigue intubado y me an dicho que me prepare para lo peor.

Estoy recaudando fondos para ayudar a cubrir los costos de los servicios funerarios y del cementerio de mi padre cuando llegue el momento. Es devastador pensar en ello, pero quiero honrar su vida con la dignidad y el respeto que se merece.
