Jeff Frank, fondly known as Wolfie tragically succumbed to heart failure in his hunting blind on December 13. Wolfie was not just a legendary figure in the tattoo world; he was a devoted family man who loved his wife, children, and all his grand and great-grandchildren with an unparalleled fierceness.
