John is a kind and resilient member of our community who is facing an incredibly tough time. Recently, he suffered a serious fall that left him with a broken ankle, requiring surgery and leaving him unable to walk or put any pressure on his foot. While he recovers, some generous people from his church have helped him stay in a hotel, but that support will only last for another week. After that, John will have nowhere to go and no way to care for himself while he heals.
While John was in the hospital, someone stole his tent—leaving him with nothing but the backpack he carries. He has no money, no food, and no way to get the basic hygiene products he needs. Right now, his most urgent needs are food and hygiene supplies, as well as a safe place to stay while his ankle heals. John has always been someone who looks out for others, and now he needs our help to get back on his feet—literally and figuratively.
Every donation will go directly toward helping John with food, hygiene products, and safe shelter while he recovers. Your support will make a real difference in his life and help him regain stability during this difficult time.
The room runs approximately 300$ a week, ergo, I am aiming to cover myself for another 8 weeks while healing and undergoing physical therapy.
