My name is Ric, and I’m someone who had the honor of learning under Maestro Ricardo Garcia, a respected ceremonial teacher who guided me through the traditional sweat lodge and deep spiritual practices. His wisdom, humility, and way of holding space left a powerful impact on my life and on the lives of many others who sat with him in ceremony. He taught through example—through prayer, song, and service.

Why I’m Raising Funds

I’m creating this fundraiser to help cover funeral expenses and to support Maestro Ricardo’s family and children during this time of loss. This is a way to honor his life and all the medicine he shared with our community. Every contribution—big or small—will go directly to his family to help them with the many costs that come with saying goodbye and continuing his legacy.
