Donate to Medical and Funeral costs of our beloved Emma

Our Magnificent Emma, beloved to us all, passed graciously and peacefully on the 8th July wrapped in our love.

We will be having a Celebration of Life for Emma on AUGUST 10th (her 87th birthday) at Thompson’s West End Park Pavilion,Washburn from NOON onwards. We would love you to join us in celebrating a truly Extraordinary Lady.

She would love nothing more than if we had a glass of wine and danced.

Those who knew her will tell you she was one of a kind, graciously glamorous, delightfully defiant, feisty about truth, so very courageous and a heart filled with love and compassion. She was Golden.

Born under African skies,she loved mangoes and papayas,the ocean, dancing, cooking, red wine,knitting and cutting hair.

She gifted many of us her creativity through her brilliance as a hairstylist. Cutting hair for over 70 years she has touched so many of our lives with her effervescence.

Emma taught us all to live life passionately, to follow your hearts dream, to be a voice for those who didn't have one ,to be fierce and courageous about truth,to be strong and resilient and to love unconditionally and have compassion.

She said always there was no logic to love, this too shall pass and to snap out of

it.

These past months she fought courageously with many ER and hospital visits,to stay with us a little longer. We are gathering funds for her funeral and medical costs.

Always a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and to so many a kindred friend.

She will always be forever loved and remembered in our hearts.
