In appreciation for 20 years of dedication to FDCC

Chances are you have probably had Neil Batelli to thank.

He was instrumental in founding the Florida Defensive Carbine Club back in the year 2000, the 2 Gun match we all know and love more than 20 years ago this year.

His vision was to create a regular competition that we can all use as practice to reinforce the skills we learn in courses.

A few months ago a large group of us from FDCC went to the Arena Training Facility for Quantified Performance’s Long Range Gas Gun Match and performed exceptionally well as a group, due in no small part to the community of shooters that Neil has helped to build. Many of us agreed that it was there that our pedigree truly showed. Across the country there are few community’s of shooters this practiced, educated & well versed.

Without his efforts, none of us would be where we are today.

To show our appreciation & in honor of FDCC’s 20th Anniversary we are asking that friends of his, match shooters, or anyone with thanks to show donate what they can so that we may present him with a meaningful gift collectively from the shooters he has helped to mold over the years.

We hope to be able to present him with something at the January Match on 1/31.
