We are Clare Jiujitsu Academy and our community is coming together to support one of our own.

We’re hosting a donation-based Jiu Jitsu seminar with Tom Halpin in aid of David Shannon of Clare BJJ, a much-loved teammate, coach, and friend.

David recently underwent emergency brain surgery and is now facing the long, difficult road of relearning everyday skills. For years, David has given his time, patience, and kindness to help others grow, both on and off the mats. He has always shown up for people.

Now it’s our turn to show up for him.
