Most of you probably don't know about my struggles and needs over the last decade. My medical journey has been long and persistent. It's tough for me to ask for help but I'm to the point of needing your support.

I've been diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases requiring several medications to maintain my health. These particular drugs cause dry mouth as a side effect and it's the leading cause of cavities. Despite a good oral routine, special toothpastes and prescription mouthwash, my teeth are still failing. I'm at the point where I'm unable to chew most foods.

Smiling makes me uncomfortable because when I do people can see how bad my teeth are and it's embarrassing!

I have to be able to eat especially because one of my diseases is Type I diabetes. The only option I have left costs more than I can afford out of pocket. This is where you're contribution to my cause would literally help me smile again! My surgery and aftercare costs will total $8,500 out of pocket.

My insurance is maxed out. I'm grateful that I've been able to cover out of pocket costs so far because family members have chipped in to contribute.

Here is where I humbly ask for your support, please! I'm asking because I'd like to be more confident smiling but also improve my over all health by being able to eat again.
