Hi, my name is Megan I have been selected along side 19 other students for an incredible opportunity to help improve the learning environment in a small village in Kenya. To achieve this I need to fundraise over £3000 by April 2027.

This experience will include building / improving parts of a school, teaching sports and academic subjects as well as learning about the culture.

I'm really keen to grow and develop myself through this fantastic experience and opportunity, to understand my own privilege, and get a better understanding of diverse socioeconomic realities.

I'd like to be able to do my part to make the world a better place and to try and give the children a nicer learning environment allowing for better education.

To make this possible I'm starting my fundraising journey and be will be working hard over the next 2 years raising funds in different ways for this to happen.

Whether its a small donation or spreading awareness, every little helps me get a step closer to being part of an amazing experience.
