Improve the Camberville E-Bike Library

The Camberville E-bike library is run as a volunteer service to the community. The goal is to get more people access to try out e-bikes, and no payment is necessary to use the library!

However, running the library does have costs associated with it: purchasing bikes, associated gear, maintenance, etc.
