For My 50th Birthday – A Gift That Truly Matters

Next week, I turn 50. Looking back, I see half a lifetime dedicated to supporting projects and activities in Africa, this has been very meaningful to me. Instead of gifts, I want to use this milestone to give more back in a way that will affect a lot of people.

I am dedicating my birthday to improving a school, a healthcare facility, as well as a routine laboratory in two towns in Madagascar, Ambositra and Andina. These facilities are essential for education and healthcare in the community, and with your support, we can make them fully operational and impactful. As a side info, the healthcare center in Andina provides essential healthcare to over 70.000 people - many of them have to walk more than 20km to reach there!

In summary, rather than spending time thinking about presents for me, I ask you to join me in making a real difference. Every contribution—big or small—will help upgrade these facilities, providing better learning conditions for children and essential lab/healthcare services for the communities.
