We are looking to improve the air quality inside the classroom at Ygnacio Valley Christian Preschool and are seeking help. The cold weather is approaching and along with it the season of colds, flu, and all sorts of germs and bacteria that can put our sweet preschoolers at risk.

The Opticlean Air Scrubber is a great option for our classroom to help filter and clean the air by trapping aerosols, pathogens and other particulates that virus typically travel on. It does this using a HEPA filter, which scrubs the air of a standard 1000k square foot room every 3 hours (on low speed) to help reduce virus transmission. The ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers ) recommends the air being cleansed and replaced at least 2 times per day, and the Opticlean Scrubber will meet those standards and more.

The cost of the unit is $1900 plus tax and shipping for a total of $2300. The unit will sit inside the classroom and comes with a silencer and air distributer that sits right on top.
