As an active philanthropic impact investor, elea supports entrepreneurial solutions that have a substantial and measurable social impact at the base of the pyramid by creating opportunities to improve livelihoods in regions where average daily incomes are USD 3 per capita or less.

Our portfolio ventures share common values and a belief that an entrepreneurial approach is an effective and efficient way to fight absolute poverty. To this end, elea provides its portfolio companies with capital, business know-how, coaching, and access to the global elea network. As such, elea sees itself as a growing community of committed entrepreneurs and philanthropic investors.

To reinforce this approach, elea 2021 founded the elea Entrepreneurs’ Community with the aim of bringing together the entrepreneurs behind the elea portfolio companies, facilitating access to relevant expertise, external resources, and contacts, and building a comfort zone of knowledge, respect, and trust as a basis for mutual exchange of experiences to accomplish. This way, we support entrepreneurs in their personal and professional growth in areas that are relevant for both achieving social impact and entrepreneurial success.
