Impact School of Revival

This is my senior year! This school year I will be done with high school and will be moving away from Albania in August, after living here since I was six and a half months old. Although normally students would go straight to college, I’m looking into going to a Bible school in Norway called Impact School of Revival (www.impact-europe.org) for a year before going to college.

Learning and practicing worship, hearing the Lord’s voice, praying for others, evangelism, and living in our true identity in God are key parts of Impact. When I go, I hope to grow closer to God, learn to love Him more while learning more how much he loves me, and practice hearing the Lord’s voice and then acting in his word.

Last spring, when a group from Impact came to Albania, they visited one of the areas we work in with us. The group did several house visits. At one house, there was a girl who had been fainting because of blood problems. She was prayed for, and four weeks later when Mom visited her again, she testified that she hadn’t fainted once since they had prayed, and her blood was better. Likewise, they also prayed for a woman who had been having night terrors every night. When visited four weeks later, she testified she had not had a single night terror since then.

I had the privilege of spending a weekend with the group last spring. While with them, we did house visits and church visits and spent time in prayer, worship, and prophecy. That weekend was one of the best in my life. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was wonderful spending so much focused time with Jesus along with other, like-minded young people. I felt such joy and peace in worshiping the Lord with the others. When I returned to my family, there was a noticeable happiness on my demeanor. Ask my family about it. :)

The school is very generously are only charging me a total of €4000, which is $4,555.58, to go to Impact. Working with their church, they are giving me room and board for free. Because we live in Albania, I have not been able to have a real job while in high school. Minors aren’t legally allowed to work here, and even if we were, working ten-hour days, seven days a week, I would make only around $300 a month!
