Some of you may know that instead of jumping straight from high school to college, God has called me to do something different: Impact 360. Here, I will live in community with like-minded students, studying biblical worldview and servant leadership- things I will be able to put into practice through an international immersion experience...
Next January, I have the awesome opportunity to spend one month loving God's people in Brazil. Our mission will include: 1) Serving alongside Christians and missionaries already living and working among the people in Brazil. This allows us to join ongoing projects and programs that will continue and flourish even after we leave. 2) Helping meet basic physical and spiritual needs by living among those we serve. We believe God will create meaningful connections; ones that open doors to deeper conversations about Christ, who he is, and what his love means for all of us.
Of all the things I need in preparation for this trip, prayer tops the list. Knowing you will commit to joining those gathering behind us would mean a lot. My prayer requests are simple. Please pray for the hearts of the people we meet, for Kingdom and personal growth, that we honor God in all we do, and for physical and spiritual protection.
Deciding to go to Brazil was easy, but paying for it is a challenge. I would be grateful if you considered helping me reach this goal. You will be part of something truly life-changing for me, so a little, a lot, anything would be significant!
