Hello everyone,

 

I will be opening my own gym this year! IMPACKT FITNESS is a private gym bringing INSPIRATION, MOTIVATION, PERSONALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, CREATIVITY, KNOWLEDGE, AND TRUST to the fitness industry! So many gyms in the area lack these things. So after surveying other gyms, I realized we had to do something. We curated a gym based on hundreds of people we spoke to in person while exchanging contacts. These surveys included what they rated the gyms in the area 1 though 10. As well, we asked, "what is the biggest thing you like about these gyms?" and "what is the biggest thing you dislike about these gyms?".  Also, "what machines or equipment would you add to the gym?"

 

Most people won't go to the gym because they feel self-conscious. Working out in public can be intimidating, especially for people who have not been actively pursuing their personal fitness goals. They are unsure of how to use the machines or having the correct form during workouts. But there's no reason to let these insecurities stop you from becoming a better you.

 

Most people don't have the right mindset or the right people around them. They are lacking INSPIRATION, MOTIVATION, PERSONALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, CREATIVITY, KNOWLEDGE, AND TRUST.

 

 

HOW CAN IMPACKT FITNESS FIX THIS PROBLEM?

 

Building personal connections with each member is very important. At Impackt Fitness we want to build confidence with all of our members. We will do this by offering free training sessions and coaching. People having low self-confidence is the main reason people don't go to the gym. Sharing stories and letting them know where the owner and their staff started will help build that connection. Gym anxiety is real, and at Impackt Fitness, you will enjoy walking through the door, being inspired during your workouts, and, most importantly, leaving with more knowledge about fitness and training than ever!

 

Most gym memberships in the area just raised their prices. We will be very competitive with pricing as we keep costs low. The gym is based around all of the members we scouted before launch. We did this, so we didn't miss anything they wanted in the gym! We will constantly be improving and reaching out to members to see what we can do to make a better fitness center.

 

We will also offer a reward program just for going to the gym! So when most people don't return to the gym after the new year, we will offer a reward program at sign up. You can schedule your training days and rest days. As long as you clock in and clock out for 60 - 90 days depending on the reward program, you can get free training sessions or meal plans.

 

MY GOAL IS TO INSPIRE PEOPLE RATHER THAN INFLUENCE THEM! I've met a lot of people and began to help them with their work outs. I was always passionate about fitness but helping other people and coaching them in the right directions mentally and physically felt so much more rewarding.
