In Uganda’s Kyaka II settlement, Immortals Foundation is an organization founded and led by Muhoza Erick, lovingly known as “Daddy Souja.”

Through his vision, he has created a future for children, teenagers and their families using dance to bring hope, joy and opportunity. Despite facing immense daily challenges, Daddy Souja dedicates his life to serving the refugee community, offering care, guidance and inspiration and helping them thrive despite the hardships of daily life. His courage, faith and joy are deeply inspiring and show the power of hope and God’s love in action.

At Immortals Foundation, dance is more than art — it is a source of healing, connection and light. Through dance and performance, refugee children and teenagers find belonging, confidence and purpose, while their families and the wider community are brought together through moments of joy and hope.

Their dances and fun videos, including content shared on social media, inspire and entertain people around the world, spreading happiness and hope far beyond their own community.

I met Daddy Souja and the Immortals Foundation community last year and from the very beginning, they touched my heart deeply.

Witnessing their daily reality showed me how fragile life can be — and how powerful love, faith and unity are, even in the hardest circumstances.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward urgent needs such as food, clean water, medical care and essential supplies, helping the foundation continue its work and support the community with dignity and care.
