My brother John Kaiza is being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is currently in removal proceedings. We have retaining a lawyer to represent him on this matter and we are asking for your assistance in raising funds towards his legal fees. His bond is currently set at $30,000 and we are unable to pay it since immigration bonds require 100% of the amount not the usual 5%. He will have to remain under custody unless the bond is paid. In the meantime, we are concentrating on securing funds for his legal fees.
