Please help me purchase books and supplies for my ESL students. I would like to buy each student a workbook and a notebook, and be able to take them on a field trip to practice shopping for groceries and other life skills. All students live in low-income housing in downtown Oakland. Many are recent arrivals from war-torn or developing countries including Yemen, Afghanistan, Eritrea, and China. I am teaching as a volunteer. Any amount will help!
