Hi, my name is Artima Sakulkoo.

I’m a queer Thai filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. Storytelling has always been at the center of my life, and after years of making films that highlight immigrant and queer voices, I am now taking the next big step in my journey: applying for my U.S. artist visa (O-1).

The process is exciting but also very costly with legal and application fees totaling $10,000. I’ve already started the process with my lawyer, but I need support to cover the remaining costs in order to secure my future as an artist here in the U.S.

Every contribution will go directly toward my visa application and allow me to continue creating, collaborating, and sharing stories that celebrate queer joy, resilience, and community.
