Immediate Help Needed for Denise's Surgery

**URGENT**

My name is Kimberley, and I'm reaching out to our friends, family, Club Brothers and Sisters, Clampers, co-workers, and all those who know and love Denise Basich and Gary Giguiere.

Denise has an emergency medical situation that requires immediate surgery, and their insurance will not cover the entire cost of the procedure, namely the Doctor's fees. Not surprising to most of us. They need $10K out of pocket prior to the surgery to remove an extremely large tumor from Denise, that would be potentially lifesaving. The Doctor's fees are due by December 6th to make the first deadline.

I've seen firsthand Denise and Gary at every fundraiser and support event around Northern Nevada for years, and I know that asking for help for themselves is not easy.
