Hi. I am a former and proud resident of the tightly knit and beautiful community of Paradise California. As many of you know
our town was recently destroyed by wildfire. My family and close friends have all lost their homes and many their jobs. Everyone I know and love deeply has been immediately and overwhelmingly affected by this. I do not currently live in paradise but my heart will always reside there. Right now everyone I know is looking for immediate housing, clothes, supplies etc. I have close friends in the area doing what they can to pass out supplies and they are finding that gift cards are the most needed thing so people can get the specific toiletries, meds and supplies they need. In addition to immediate needs almost every single person I know has lost their home. Many of my friends and friends family members don’t have insurance (they are renters or paid off homes and no longer have insurance) and additionally their jobs are either on hold or non existent. The need for funds to help them with rental costs while they get back on their feet is huge. I am personally pledging to distribute any funds I am able to gather, directly to Paradise residents in need. Please consider contributing any amount you can to help alleviate this devastation.
Eternally grateful,
Fitz, Shaz, Shannon, Paradise Bobcat
