UPDATE:

Thank you to everyone who has shown up for Jen by donating, making food, and in spirit. Jen feels so blessed and in awe of the absolute outpouring of love and support of so many people coming forward in this difficult time. Not only is Jen grateful, but so are we all at seeing each other in this community take care of this magical human that we love so much.

All the effort has made it possible for her to get through the first leg of this journey: surgery and recovery.

Her bilateral mastectomy with lymph node dissection revealed a spread into the skin and blood. The next step she is looking at is radiation. Past that, she’s looking at endocrine therapy, other therapies, ultimately followed by another surgery. Looking at a whole year of treatment is overwhelming. Jen couldn’t do it without the continued support of her community.

Everyone who has donated has made her recovery to this point possible. She has gratefully allocated funds towards bills, treatment, supplements, and cost of living expenses. Thank you again for your continued support, your generosity has been magical fuel for this marathon!
