Imhoff Family Fight Cancer Rally Team

Donation protected
We have a local community member Sean Imhoff, his wife Michelle and two daughters Caroline and Annabell. They desperately need our prayers, love and support.  No-one ever wants to hear the C word, no one ever wants to hear the advanced C word, and no one wants to ever hear the Stage 3 word but here we are in between 2 and 3.  Sean, my brother in-law at the age of 35 was diagnosed with advanced adenocarcinoma colorectal cancer on December 12 after a colonoscopy. He had the colonoscopy after having many stomach related issues thought to be IBS. Symptoms progressively getting worse this year.  It has gotten so bad that they decided to self pay as new insurance starts in January.Due to the advancement of the cancer, Sean will need surgery, chemo and possibly radiation. In addition, they found out on December 19 from additional scans that Sean has added complications /areas of concern- they found several swollen lymph nodes that they are scheduling surgery for and some additional nodules/areas of concern that they will need to address after surgery.  They also found part of his intestine that is Intussusception and are now concerned of a potential blockage.   This in addition to the surgery that has to take place for the colorectal cancer. They have already paid for his colonoscopy and scans out of pocket as they were transitioning and did not have insurance - it doesn't go in effect to January.

Sean and Michelle have a tough battle ahead. Sean is a wonderful father, son, and brother who is very involved in our community. Sean and Michelle are members of First Baptist of Cumming. Michelle teaches Awana and they both are passionate volunteers. Sean coach’s basketball for 11-12 age girls out of Dobbs Creek.   Sean is a Sales Manager at the The Landscape Group and Michelle works as a Relationship Manager for a Virtual company.  They have two daughters Caroline and Annabell that attend Kelly Mill Elementary.

This fund is being organized by close family (me) Amanda  and approved by Sean & Michelle Imhoff to assist them with all expenses they have started to encounter. We do not want this beautiful family to have to worry about any financial burdens during this extremely tough time where they need to be focused on healing for Sean and beating this cancer.  Funds will be used immediately to pay out of pocket medical expenses and then to help financially with any needs the family has during Sean's battle ahead.  Dealing with this is hard enough let alone trying to balance with trying to figure out who you are going to manage financially to take care of your family.

Your love, support, prayers and any donations are beyond appreciated.  If you are interested in helping in other ways, please email us at [email redacted].    Regular updates will be provided on Sean's health by Michelle Imhoff and Amanda Brown ( as needed)
