Hi, My name is Trevor Makap and I have started this fundraiser for my Mum's medical bills. On the 31st July, She was in Brisbane to attend my older brother's graduation and she quickly became critically ill and had to be rushed to hospital. She has Systemic Lupus Erythematosus which is a disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues. She has lived with it for 10 years now and has largely kept it under control with steroid and immunosuppressant drugs. However, this recent episode which is known as a Lupus flare up has had a near fatal impact on her life. We Thank the Good Lord for sparing her and slowly restoring her. Since her recovery has been slow, she has been admitted at the in patient ward of Mater Private hospital in Brisbane since the 31st July. We are not Australian citizens so we have had to pay the full cost. So far we have paid $18,050 AUD however the outstanding bill is $29,354 AUD which converts to roughly K76,500 PGK. We are hoping to raise

K80,000PGK($30000 AUD) to cover this amount and any unforeseen costs. Our funds have been exhausted which is why we are reaching out to the general public for assistance to pay this amount. We would greatly appreciate any amount of donation. May God Bless you all.
