As a result of Tropical Storm Imelda, which dropped more than 40 inches of rain on Southeast Texas in under three days, Education First Federal Credit Union has launched the Imelda Educators’ Relief Fund. The purpose of this campaign is to raise money to help teachers of the flooded schools (over a dozen in our local community ) with replacing basic classroom supplies. 100% of the funds will be used to assist these teachers with their classroom needs.
