IMELDA CABALONA'S LEGAL FUND

Hi, my name is Imelda Cabalona and I am raising funds for injustice regarding a legal dispute caused by my husband's daughter who arranged the kidnapping of my husband in June 2021 in order to have control of our assets, specifically our farm. My husband was diagnosed with dementia in May 2021 and his daughter, after kidnapping him, changed the Will and became Power of Attorney so I, as wife, would not have access to bank accounts and property. Daughter removed $326,000 from our family investment income and gave to lawyer to use to file in the Courts and have me removed from all assets of our marriage.

My outstanding legal fees are $188,000 and my lawyers are insisting debt be substantially reduced before continuing with Court proceedings. I have no money because daughter removed all funds from family bank accounts.
