Imani Tate Funeral

Hi everyone my name is Otis Tate. My daughters name is Imani Tate my daughter was born with a heart condition called tetralogy of the Fallot with pulmonary Asresia. In all other things to MAPCAS  w 22q deletion she had two open heart surgeries the first one was October the 2018 a Seattle's children's Hospital referred us to Stanford children's Hospital in Palo Alto California the surgeons thought they would be able to help my daughter's condition unfortunately she end up having a second surgery August 7th 2019 during that second surgery in Stanford children's Hospital the surgeon had ripped one of my daughters lungs. This cause my daughter's heart to work more compensating for the lung that got rip. Because of her condition she couldn't have a lung or a heart transplant. It was too complicated but disheartening for me. My baby was like a warrior princess to me she always felt like that she was the strongest warrior and the happiest girl in the world with a beautiful smile plus she was full of spirit and loves to sing so this is my story and I thank everyone for donating and I also thank everyone whoever shares this link this is for my baby she's gone to a better place I asked y'all to help me with the funeral expenses. You know I ask GOD to give me the strength God bless you and thanks everyone again. We still have ways to go
