I am reaching out to the community to help support the Molnar family through this unthinkable battle with childhood cancer. As many of you know, Matthew was diagnosed with Cancer at 16 years old (Ewing Sarcoma) where extensive surgery and removal, along with chemo therapy allowed Matthew to be cancer free for the following 3 years. Now at 20 years old, Mathew was recently diagnosed with a tumour behind his eye in his frontal Lobe . The Ewing Sarcoma had come back and relocated itself.This past year Matthew has endured an exhausting amount of chemo therapy. With limited options available in Canada for proper treatment and surgery not an option, the Molnar family made the only decision they could, pack up and relocate to Florida for proton radiation treatment at the University of Florida Radiation Oncology Hospital. Treatments outside of Canada comes at an extremely high cost. We need to come together as a community to help support Matthew, Melanie, Matt and Isabelle in this life saving treatment. Imagine this was your family. Friends and family who can, please help the Molnar family focus their attention and efforts on treatment to help Matthew win this battle once again with unmatched courage and strength.
