I know that none of you have made it this far in life without cancer affecting you or someone you love. Almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Trisomy 12 Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. CLL is the one type of leukemia with no cure. Most people who are aware of CLL think it is an old person’s disease. While the fact that most people diagnosed with CLL are in their mid-60’s or older , it can and does affect people who are younger. I was 52 when I was diagnosed. The median prognosis for my type of CLL is 9.7 years. Please help me wipe out this cancer and others. Together we can hopefully change the outcome for so many!
