Over the last few years my brother has dealt with congenital heart disease and heart failure. He was given only a few more months to live so he decided to take matters into his own hands and choose when he died rather than having his body choose that for him.

He is a part of the maid program in Canada and has been given the chance to rid himself of his daily pain and misery.

This will help with the cost of cremation and with the cost of his celebration of life.

He was the best twin brother I could have ever asked for. I will love you forever.
