i'm (sly) in need of help with fixing my smile,

hello everyone, i would like to ask for help if your able to give anything at all. growing up i had multiple surgery's on my mouth and face to help make it look nice and pretty. sadly last may i got a elbow to the face and lost 2 of my implanted teeth. I've tried for over a year to get insurance with no luck. and the longer I wait to get my teeth fixed the worse they will get.

i got a quote for the work i need but without insurance the price is to high.

so if your in the position to help me out it would mean the world to me.
