I’m a vet working at the Celia Hammond Animal Trust, and I’m running the 2026 London Marathon to raise funds for this incredible charity.

Over the last 40 years, we have neutered more than 460,000 cats and dogs, preventing countless numbers of animals from being born into a life of suffering on the streets. We have administered more than half a million vaccinations, rehomed over 73,500 animals, performed over 130,000 surgeries - many of them life-saving, and provided nearly half a million low-cost veterinary consultations!

Every day we respond to calls from local authorities, police, and the public - collecting strays as well as animals from backstreet breeders, multi-cat households, and welfare situations.

Whatever you can give will help us keep going in our mission to improve the lives of animals in need, who are not able to access treatment anywhere else.
