Salaams, I'm raising money in aid of Ataxia UK in honour of my older brother <3 who has Cerebellar ataxia and will be running the Hackney half this May (Inshallah). Cerebellar ataxia is a movement disorder that occurs when the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls muscle movement, is damaged.

Ataxia UK is the leading UK charity for all people affected by ataxia. They’ve helped people like my family to live with the condition by providing services, information and support that are not available elsewhere.

As some of you may know, this is a topic very close to my heart. I’ll be running alongside some of the most inspiring girlies from ATHENE. Thank you and Jazakallah in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. 100% of donations will go to Ataxia UK.
