I’m running Paris Marathon for Mental Health UK
In April 2026, I’ll be taking on the Paris Marathon in support of Mental Health UK—a charity doing vital work to support people living with mental health challenges across the UK.
This cause is particularly close to my heart, as I struggled with my own mental health after losing my grandad. Mental Health UK makes a difference by promoting awareness, reducing stigma, and providing support through various initiatives. They do this by offering information, advice, training, and local services, while also advocating for systemic changes to create more mentally healthy environments in workplaces, schools, and communities.
Training for this event will be a real test of discipline and determination, and I’m proud to be putting that effort towards a cause that affects so many lives. If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, your support will make a real difference.
Thanks for getting behind me and this great charity.
