I’m taking part in the Race for Life to honour the memory of my loved ones who have been taken from me too soon by cancer. My husband, mum, and dad all bravely fought this terrible disease, but sadly, they lost their battles.

The pain of losing them is still felt deeply, but I'm determined to turn my grief into something positive. That's why I'm fundraising for Cancer Research UK through this event. This charity is close to my heart, and I know that every pound raised will help bring us closer to beating cancer.
