I am running the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon for GOSH
This March, I’m doing something truly out of my comfort zone - I’m running half a marathon! That’s right - 21km of pavement, sweat, and probably some questionable decisions along the way. But I’m not doing this for the glory, the medal, or even the bragging rights (though they’ll definitely come in handy). I’m doing it for something far more meaningful: to raise vital funds for the children at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Great Ormond Street is home to brave little fighters, and it’s their strength and determination that has inspired me to lace up my trainers and tackle this challenge. So, while I may struggle with the last few kilometers (or everything after the 10k), I’ll be running each step in honor of the incredible children and families who face far tougher battles every day.
I need your help to make this challenge truly impactful. Your generous donations will directly support the hospital, providing life-saving treatments, cutting-edge research, and all the care these children deserve. Every penny you contribute will help make a difference.
Please donate generously - because if I can run 21k, you can spare a little to support these amazing kids. Let’s go the extra mile together, and show them that they’re not alone in this fight.
Thanks a million (in advance, and not just for my aching muscles)!
