Im raising £500 to treat my very brave friend

Hi, I'm raising £500 to treat my amazing friend Jo who has been courageously battling Lymphoma since September 2023.

Jo is not just a fighter but also one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. Despite facing her own challenges, she has dedicated so much of her life to helping others. Jo has raised an incredible amount for my son's fundraising page as well as raising huge amounts of money collectively for the Bone Cancer Research Trust, Cancer Research, Macmillan and many other causes. Her dedication to fundraising and supporting those in need even earned her a Community Hero Award during the Covid-19 pandemic for going above and beyond!

Unfortunately, Jo has undergone many lines of treatment which have sadly not worked due to the rarity of the type of Lymphoma that she has and is now coming towards the end of all treatment options. Jo is due to start a new treatment in the next few days with the hope of it holding things stable for a while which will enable her to spend more precious time with her husband and two amazing children, obviously we are all hoping that this new treatment may be some kind of miracle drug too!

Now, its my turn to give back, I want to treat Jo and put a smile on her face during these sad times that she's unfairly having to face-not just for everything she has done for so many people but also for the unwavering support that she has shown to me and my family. She deserves to feel the love and generosity she has given to others.
