Hello my name is Shane, and I hope you'll take the time to read this. Im looking to raise at least 2500$ for a surgery involving the heart. I appreciate any help towards her treatment. It's not the full payment but I need to earn that much to start the treatment. I will be paying the remaining costs of the surgery myself over the weeks during recovery. Insurance covers 70% of the full cost already so I just need to get passed the first upfront payment. I don't have the luxury of time. I've asked everyone I know for support but I don't have a big friend group so I haven't had any luck, that's the reason I started this GoFundMe page

This surgery is for my fiancee, Chiyo Shizouka from Japan, she's only 27 years old. she has had a medical condition called pericarditis and it's at the point where antibiotics aren't working anymore. I'm afraid if she doesn't get this surgery started soon it will become cardiac tamponade which would be fatal. She's not in full distress right now but she's quickly getting worse. She's already having trouble breathing and I'm panicking. It mimics the pain and feeling of a heart attack.

The condition is where fluid builds up in the heart sack around the heart with nowhere to go, and it compresses the heart with fluid forcing it to beat faster trying to pump enough blood for the body.

Any help would be appreciated. Please help me save her life, she means the absolute world to me. And there's nothing I wouldn't do for her. I know I'm just another person but please understand I'm really trying my hardest to go above and beyond. This gofundme page is my last resort for any outside help but even as you continue to read this, I'm still trying to find other means to raise the money needed before the situation becomes bad, I don't know how much time we have left before this surgery can start.
