I’ve officially signed up for my first ever full-distance Ironman! ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

It’s equal parts terrifying and exciting, but I’m taking it on for a truly incredible reason.

I’m raising money for St David’s Adoption Service, an amazing charity that played a life-changing role in my best friends’ lives. Thanks to their support, Tommy and Rhys were able to welcome their two beautiful boys into their family — and watching that journey unfold has been one of the most inspiring things I’ve ever seen. ❤️

Taking on 140.6 miles feels huge… but nothing compared to the impact this charity has on families every day. If you’re able to support, share, or cheer me on along the way, it would mean the world.
