My name is Dan, and I’m living with a spinal cord injury that has changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. Despite daily challenges, I am determined to keep fighting for every bit of recovery and independence I can achieve.

I now have an incredible opportunity to access pioneering treatments in Germany: exosome stem cell therapy to help repair and regenerate nerve function, and rehabilitation with the HAL robotic suit to retrain my body and build strength. These treatments are not available through the NHS and come at a significant cost — travel, medical care, therapy, and accommodation.
